    Breakfast will be served in the CHS cafeteria.

    The dress code for breakfast is Sunday Dress (absolutely NO blue jeans).  Dress slacks are acceptable for young ladies and young men are expected to wear a tie.

    *NO/SHORTS/CUTOFFS/FLIPFLOPS/HIKING/COWBOY BOOTS/TENNIS SHOES ARE ALLOWED.  Failure to abide by the dress code will result in not being allowed to participate in the breakfast as well as awards day.  *Parents are invited to breakfast.

    DO NOT plan anything until after 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 23rd !!  We will get through practice as soon as everything is performed correctly.  This is the only practice for graduation.  There should be “no excuses” for early dismissal from practice since you have ample time to make adjustments for work, and other commitments.  Junior Marshals will be present to practice with us.

    Sunday dress for graduation – Cap, ’12 tassel, orange hood, and gown (honor stole, if honor graduate). The following will be worn underneath gown: 

    All Males- White shirt, dark tie, dark pants, dark socks and dark shoes. No jeans, no khaki pants, no tennis shoes, no flip-flops, no sandals, no hiking boots.

    All Females- Dark dress, dark hose and dark shoes- jewelry at a minimum.

    **ANYONE NOT MEETING THE DRESS CODE AT GRADUATION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE.**

    IF YOU DO N0T SHOW UP OR ARE LATE FOR PRACTICE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COME TO SCHOOL 5/24 AT 8:OO AM.

    In addition, you will receive nine tickets for graduation at this time.  Six of these will be for seating in the gym and three of these will be for the auditorium.  Junior Marshals will receive 2 tickets each.

    FEES:  All seniors are expected to check with their teachers, coaches, cafeteria, library, and Mrs. Brownlee in the front office to clear up any fees.   No fees will be accepted after Noon on Wednesday, May 23rd .  Diplomas will not be issued until all fees are paid.  Fees not paid by Wednesday, May 23rd  will not be accepted until Tuesday, May 29th

    Seniors must report to the cafeteria (enter from the student parking lot) and check/sign in at the entrance NO LATER than 5:00 PM!!!  Anyone not in the cafeteria by the designated time will be marked absent on the master list and their diploma pulled from the ceremony.

    No personal items or valuables should be left in the cafeteria during graduation!

    All guests attending graduation must be here by 5:30 PM (doors open at 4:30 PM) for seating in the gym.  Any guests entering after 5:30 PM will be sent to the auditorium to watch the graduation on closed circuit TV.
